On July 8, 2007 John Kelly and his girlfriend Heather Wilkins were tragically taken from us. The Officers and members of SAVES would once again like to send their deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of John and Heather.

John was a son, a brother, an uncle and a great friend to many. It is hard to imagine how his loss and the void that it created will ever be filled.

Our commitment will be that John’s contributions and service to the citizens of Richmond, VA and his friends and family will never be forgotten.

John will always be remembered as a great friend.
